Well...I went to a formal with my girl and halfway through it I was really wasted because we all had alcohol there. And I guess I said and did some things that were unbecomming of me. To make a long story short, I blacked out and the next day she was heart broken...I wrote her a poem, and sent her flowers. Is there anything else I can do...because at the moment she doesnt want to see me...please advise.

I dont know if she will

I'm not sure that I could, to be honest with you

A lot of people believe that people tend to tell the truth when they drink, or at least get closer to it when drunk than when sober, like your self-editing mechanism is temporarily down while inebriated.

It's not gonna be instantaneous if she does forgive you, it's going to take work from both of you to keep the relationship together

At least try to find out WHY she's mad at you (exactly).

Yeah it is always best to know the exact details of ones stupidity before trying to mend it. A general "Ihave no idea exactly what I did but anything that I had any involvement in hurting you is something Im willing to spend a lifetime to repair" But words can be anything and can be worthless unless your heart is in them and you mean to follow thru. Want to fix it, show her your willing to humble yourself for her, like in front of others with sincerity apologize to her, send her (like you did) poetry, flowers, work at it

Humbling yourself to her in public without warning her first could backfire. She may be embarrassed by it. Offer to publicly apologize. If she wants you to, then do so. If she really does care about you, she'd want to be a part of the solution to your faux pas. Flowers and candy are nice, but she'd probably rather see your heart than your wallet.
Give her your sincere assurance that you'll share your opinions freely with her always, not surprise her with them when your drunk. Work for her respect, it's more important than just her affection. Best of luck to you.

I'd try to figure out what boneheaded thing or things you did and ask for her forgiveness and try to make amends.

If she ignores you or says something stupid like, "I don't want to talk about it. I think we need time apart." Then you need to forget her because she's too damn sensitive.

    And then, go get laid.

Not always true. Sure she may come back this time but you keep acting like nothing happens, she may see it as you don't want to recognize what you did wrong. And inturn it may lead her to think your not willing to put any effort into the relationship, which will make her feel worthless. Make her feel speacial, and do figure out what you did wrong.

If you ignore the problems in the long run you'll just be hurting both of you a lot more. Don't let things add up.

    Goodluck!!

WTF, if you fuck up and you want to fix things then you need to be sorry for what you have done, or at least acknowledge how your actions have affected the other person. If you want to make it right and you think its worht it then you will be sorry. I don't see how that is a strictly female thought. If I wanted you to be my friend and I poked you in thew eye with a stcik when I was drunk, I wouldnt expect you to want to be my friend if I wasnt sorry, and I wouldnt expect you to trust me with alcohol or sticks or your eyeball
