    Generally, non-brandname ramen noodles are.

Ramen noodles, the noodles themselves, with no additives, are vegan.

However, anything made by Maruchan for example, and various other ramen noodle makers, contains the beef/chicken stock.

According to the Peta2 website, Oriental-flavored Top Ramen is vegan.

I like to add 1/2 cup of peas & carrots, or mushrooms & salad onions to mine :) Makes a quick, almost-healthy meal... I lived on the stuff in college.

Yeah this is the same type of thing as "is bread vegan?" or "is candy vegan". There are numerous brands and flavours that can be called ____ (whatever it is you are wondering about). Usually the answer is yes and no. Some are veg*n, some are not. Many ramen noodles have meat flavourings. Some do not.

I suggest this delicious gem for starters, mmmmm

just read the ingredients on everything you eat, you'd be surprised what is and what isn't vegan.

and if you can't understand the ingredients, don't put that shit in your body.
