so females wont get nodes at all. I have one that up top is really looking alot like a female but a few leave sections down it has two of those nodes but its not getting them on any new sections. Im really not sure and wish i had pictures but wont be getting a camera for a week or two. I'll pay lots of attention and see how she' turns out?

You had better read a book, both male and female plants have nodes.Nodes is the region of the plant where primordia developes being male or female.

Nodes are where petioles(leaves) develope as well as axial limbs(branches).Inbetween these nodes you will see 2 stipules(elongated and pointy):dont mistake these as preflowers as both male and female have them. When plant becomes sexually mature pre flowers(primordia) begin developing in the cdrux of the nodes between the stipules and axial limbs..They will either be staminate(male,a ball on a stick when past the primordia stage) or pistillate(female which has a calyxe that has a pistol(hair) that begins protruding from the calyxe).Good luck

You can't tell if it's a male or a femal from that pic... But, it looks liek your plants are sick. Yellow leaves toward the bottom.

First off, you know what would help you alot? Bigger containers, and 1 for each plant. Get all that grass out of the containers too. They look a bit streched too, so a little more light if you can.

alright hold on ( Adjusts sunlight )

Hows that? and i think the one per container rule is bogus i'll see how many turn out to be keepers anyways which is probably few and maybe they wont get as tall if i limit their root growth. Then again i know nothing.

.... why the smart attitude? You're askign for advice, so I'm giving. They are in containers, why not just pick them up and move them? Why would you think it's bogus?, The roots expand, tangle up with each other. They're fighting for nutes. Plus the grass isn't helping.

Just let them grow. The plants look OK. If there outdoors you won't be able to sex them for a good few weeks yet. Always grow a few plants this way your sure of a female. Be patient and read up on the internet you can't beat growing as a hobby. Once you've grown a few ounces of killer bud there will be no looking back.
