It has been very well known lately that the president of Mexico was going to sign a bill into law that decriminalized the possession and private use marijuana, MDMA, heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine, and even LSD. BUT, according to an article from LifeSite, he has completely reversed his decision on this bill. What do you think about this?
hmm...i dont know. i keep hearing alot about the mexicans lately, that they want to sing the national anthem in spanish, and they protest about it cause they arent being allowed to...but im not sure if legallizing those drugs would be a good move for mexico. it seems like they have alot of shit to sort out, and making drugs legal would definitly make living alot worse there...nice for tourists, but it could make things alot worse in general
I have a question though. Is protesting for the rights of potheads principally the same thing as protesting for the rights of illegal Mexicans? My answer would be no. Marijuana can be made legal...being an illegal "citizen" can't be legal, no matter how you look at it. Now, I'm not hatin' on illegal Mexican, 'cause there's one guy I know that's an illegal immigrant and we throw parties at his house. His sons are pretty cool, I guess. Except for the fact that one of his sons like my ex... He better watch out...I get territorial. :$
not really. some things are better to protest because you can stop them (ie: battle in seattle, apec convention in vancouver, etc). weed is kind of protesting an invisible body.
