This thread might have stood a chance if Last Stand wasn't allowed to use a keyboard.

The forum I ganked the article from is still going strong with interesting debate and discussion.

 

It was just a commentary. I mean, it could encourage abstinance if teens thought for a second, that they could be put in jail for having sex. Most teenagers wouldn't bother reading into it in depth, they would just equate sex with jail...boom, teen sex rate lowers.

I wouldn't put it past our current emotionally-charged, right-wing government to concoct such a shady idea since they are so hardcore abstinance-only.
