Moving West..jobs? places to stay?

Hello all! I'm Rachel, and Ben is my other half. We currently live in NC and are planning to move to the WY area. We are now searching the net for jobs and possible places to set up our tent for a few days stay on the way or while there. If anyone has any ideas or any tips for us along the way, please let us know. We really really really want to get out there by the beginning of fall. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

What kind of work do you do? That is important info..especially in Wyoming. Also, what part of the state are you interested in? Are you going to work your way out, or just go to Wyoming and get jobs? Sorry about all the questions, but I'd like to help. Working the way around the country is what we do. Lot's of experience.

 

Well, I guess you could call us jacks of all trades, and master of none. We've done construction work, delivery work, customer service, medical office, hospitality services, just about anything and everything. We chose WY because we heard that they were actually paying people to move out there for construction jobs. I think we'd just like to go straight to WY instead of working our way out there. I'd like to stay from the eastern to the middle part of the state. Hopefully this new info can help you help me. I am in the process of selling my house, so as soon as it goes, we go.
