that Americans don't have Devil's Club. God I hate it. More than any other plant in the world. Its fucking sharp as hell, with this annoying poison that makes them itch for days. The back of my hand is covered in red dots because of it. It looks like it has herpes.
But we DO have burn hazel ... which causes similar symptoms. I get a really bad red rash that itches like hell if I touch the plant.
uh..never heard of it. but we do have some nasty little things here too ahaha and annoying ass weeds, like pokeweed omg, we had almost an acre of our property COVERED with mini trees that were weeds and pokeweed...cool to make dye out of ...but still..
I reckon we have it. At least that's what my dad always called this stuff that sounds like the same thing, plus he lived around those parts and I haven't really heard anyone around here call it that.
in england there is stinging nettles.. those things suck and i've never seen any since i have been in the states..
at this camp i go to we have green brier its a thorn bush that has long vines that you cant cut burn dig up or anything campers get stuck in them all the time on snipe hunts I have scars on my legs from yrs ago when i got stuck but yall have no clue what I talking bout
