Hehe. Well, I study music and music history in general now and will choose the history of psychedelic rock and classical music later and try to get a PhD in those two subjects. And if I start collecting info now that will make it easier to get a PhD and write a book too :)

I will! I will have about psychedelic drugs(since that kinda started the genre), the start of psychedelic music(classical music like Berlioz' Symphonie Fantastique), when psychedelic music was popular(late '60s) and what the psychedelic music influenced and later bands(also psych trance)

there is a great book on psychedelia already called "turn on your mind:four decades of great psychedelic rock" that i thought was pretty good.

it goes into all the neo psychedelic scenes like the 80s paisley underground movement and the elephant 6 crowd etc

Yes there's some interesting things but in 12 years 65-77
You will find the 70 % of the essential psychedelia...
The following 30 years are sometimes interesting...
but the question is where begin psychedelia...and where it ends...
Progressive 70's band for exemple are just a peace brother from psychedelic music...
Early Genesis (with Peter Gabriel) or Hawkwind can be called psychedelic too... even Prog. dreamer Camel are psychedelic in their own right...
Modern pop-rocker Oasis are psychedelic in a few tracks by album...
In fact it's a real difficult definition...

uppps Euroboy!... it don't smell good for a first impression... it makes me think to a commericial "boy band" playin' dance-techno music ...
If their sound is not as stupid as their name, it will be alright for them... i will open them the door of dreamy whallala...
Turbonegro and Motorpsycho are two respectable norvegian bands... But Sweden was always superrior in rock games..

The bands name is the worst, but they play really good surf rock. Actually Turbonegros guitar player plays/played in Euroboys.

Dudes name is Knut Schreiner. He's not the seaman he's that other guy. I think he's kinda guitar legend in Norway.
