    Hi, I have currently two girlfriends and I can only please one at a time with my erect penis. Since the three of us live, eat and sleep together I would like to please them both at the same time. Thus I have been thinking about getting a second penis.
    Does anyone here know if it is possible to get a second-penis operation?
    Please help me, because I am really really desperate to please both my girls at the same time.

    Any and all help is highly appreciated, especially from people with experience.

    Get a nose job. there is no reason your nose couldn't be surgically altered to function as a second penis. You could even train yourself to experience a nasal orgasm by sneezing!
