So the Presidents approval rating is 30%...so we were playing this game in US history where we named other things with approval ratings 30 percent or higher...(No, this wasn't part of the class...but we already took our AP exams so we aren't doing anything but fun shit)

Example:
More than 30% of the US Population WOULD support a Federal Medical Marijuana Bill...yet the President is still our President.
