I heard that PETA is an bunch of hypocritical bullshit artists, who put down thousands of animals each year.

Yeah; though it's equally possible to argue they have redeeming qualities.
It's a free world, only you can decide who you do or don't wish to suppourt. Get all your facts together and to thyself be true.

 

I don't really have an opinion on Peta.. BUT... someone has to put down the unwanted animals and it is better that it is done in a humane way. That's my opinion.

 

i think i remember someone from PETA speaking on this issue and saying that if they do not humanely euthanize unwanted animals then all the ones that are being turned in by their irresponsible "owners" will have to be turned away due to lack of room and when that happens, those animals just end up being abandoned on the street or left to starve or beaten and killed because people dont want them anymore. people really are that horrible. im a bit torn on "kill" shelters. i understand but before we blame people for euthanizing animals in some cases we must blame the public for causing this problem where we have millions of needy and unwanted animals. DON'T BREED OR BUY WHILE NEEDY DOGS DIE!
