I would suggest B. Caapi, Syrian Rue, and a. colubrina. But that's what I personally use.

i wouldnt use colubrina or syrian rue...psychotria viridis or mimosa hostilis would be your best choice for your dmt source.

mixing caapi and syrian rue seems bizarre to me, sure both are maoi´s but their teaching methods are different. id stick with b. caapi

phalaris grass and syrian rue. grow the grass in your yard and buy the rue. Hell you can even grow the rue. that way you are not dependendent on the whims and whimsy of Uncle Sam's war on enlightment.

No offense, but that sounds like a bad brew. A. colubrina has mostly 5meodmt and bufotenine, not what you want, not much of it, and not good for brewing. Syrian rue and caapi are both MAOI, no DMT, so I don't know why you'd use both.

Phalaris isn't a great either. Lots of 5meo, and a few other nasties. But if you want the easiest way to grow your own quickly, it's your easiest bet. Just keep in mind that some strains have good amounts, some have barely any.

Traditionally, one would go with viridis, chaliponga, or as a last resort, mimosa.

Just curious, how much does it generally cost to gather the ingredients for a few doses?

Cool of you guys to share recipes btw, might start a thread just on that.

After reading up on the subject a bit, it seems like Syrian Rue and Mimosa Hostilis work pretty well and are relatively easy (and inexpensive) to prepare. I'll probably try this brew and write a review in this section.
