I had a really cool nightmare a few nights ago. But is it a nightmare if you're really scared? I mean, It was unnerving, yes, but not scary. I've definitely had worse.

My mom was going out to dinner with her friend Paul, so she dropped me & my brother off at Paul's house, since Paul had recently rented movies & had some neat computers. Well, we were poking around the house after they'd left, & we went into his spare room in his basement, where Paul's son has his band practice.

So, we found a trapdoor in the practice room, & we opened it. It led directly to the vampire Underworld. Well, curiosity got the better of us. We HAD to look around. After all, not every house is built right over a portal to the Underworld.

I saw a few vampires talking, & they noticed me & I somehow pissed them off. Vampires can be so moody sometimes, even if they are sexy. As I was saying, they all got really mad and started chasing me & my bro. By that, I mean half of the Underworld's population got mad at me, because I managed to find the was their pathway to the Mortal Realm.

We managed to get out of the Underworld through the way we got in, but just barely. We had to hide behind a drumset in the band-practice room & hope that the vampires wouldn't chase us any more. We managed to make it upstairs before any of them got through the trapdoor. But, just like in the movies, we were dumb & didn't close the trapdoor up and put something heavy over it.

I said to my bro, "We have to get the hell out of here." He was reasonable for once, & said, "Mom and Paul are at a concert in 2 hours away. They can't pick us up. Let's call Dad!" So we called our dad, who was only about 5 minutes away. I went back downstairs with him so that we could hide out until he got there. After all, the Vamps would think we left already, and they'd leave the house. So, we his in the band room behind a drumset, and when it seemed safe, I got my bro to open a small window while I watched his back.

Lo and behold, a vampire came into the room &-you guessed it-tried to kill me (Surprise Surprise, huh?). I beat him down with some drumsticks or a guitar stand or something along those lines, & I took his pistol.

We heard dad pull up, & me being older, I let my bro go first, since I can fight better anyway. I beat up another vampire or two before he managed to get out. He had to help a bit, too. Turns out, he can punch pretty hard, at least in my dream. He scrambled to the car & explained the whole story to Dad. I had just gotten out of the window into the yard. I was crawling along to the car, when a certain type of vampire popped out from around the corner of the house.

This type of vampire wasn't your typical blood sucking Vamp. This one wanted my life force with his Chi-sucking power. So, since that vampire was trying to drain me of my Chi, so I blew his brains out with a silver bullet. They came with the pistol. I got into my dad's car, unknowing that the Chi vampire had become a dangerous Stalking Shade (in my dream, that's what they become if you don't consecrate their remains). So now, since I was the one to kill it, it was stalking ME! So I had a Chi sucking Shade following me around, & it only showed up in pictures, like in the Grudge movie. Also, my bro & I had vampires chasing us around for for eternity.

The creepiest thing about the dream is that I would wake up halfway through it. I'd walk around my room,(cautiously, might I add. I was pretty nervous from that dream) maybe even get something to eat, & I'd go to sleep, & the dream would pick up where it left off. Am I crazy, or is my subconsious trying to tell me something? I appreciate comments on stuff like this.

Vampires represent death. Maybe your subconcious is trying to tell you that it sucks to be dead.

no. it's only a nightmare if you don't like it and can't do anything about what you don't like about it. and that usualy comes from trying to force things or being expected to, either in dreams or in real life.

well i've had plenty of continued on next dreams too, even the same day/night consecutively. i even try to.

you're awairness IS your "life force". there's no such thing as it's being taken from you. it ARE you! your body is like a space suit or a costume you walk arround in. more complex, more sensative, more in need of being taken care of, but still essentialy a thing with you IN it.

so appologise to the nice vampires and be nice to them.

what i mean is don't expect what you expect to be good bad to know what it's talking about inside you're dreams. the only bad is causing suffering and harm and taking chances with laws you don't want to risk the consiquences of.

prejudice itself is a more bad thing then anything that's supposed to be short of killing someone.

Word benders do not philosophers make.

    Vampires represent feelings of guilt..
They in a sense suck the life force out of you if you feel guilty..

Now this guilt can be rational or irrational..that doesnt matter..
Deal with your issues about guilt.
Acknowledge your good qualities without feeling guilty.
