only slapped in the face when it needs to be spanked on the butt? putting or not putting faith in individual persons is beside any rational point. people with the best of intentions deceive themselves and others without even realizing they are doing so. happens all the time. as of course do everyone else. idiologies aren't any better, nor are economic theories, or organized beliefs of any flavour, or anti beliefs, or any sort of arbitrary assumptions of any kind. nothing has to begin and end with what anyone thinks they know about it in order to exist. when something smells fishey, you don't have to speculat or assume about the details to know it smells fishey, and that bunch we've got in office now in d.c. smell like a fish marked in the afternoon on a slow day. with a power failure and no ice. a hot summer day at that. =^^= .../\...
good point shaggie, but when you do this kind of investigative work its hard to get on the record testimonies, a lot of people want to tell the truth but they have to speak on the condition of anonymity for fear of losing their jobs.
Bollyn does this repeatedly. He also states his info in ways that trick people into thinking one thing happened when something else really did. If you read some of his stories you will understand what I mean. It's comparable to the investigative journalism of tabloid papers such as the National Inquirer. Regarding the Chertoff claim, If Bollyn is really an investigative journalist, doesn't he even know how to go to a genealogy or legal service and find out whether or not someone is really related to another person and back it up with some legal documentation? .
