It is wrong for ANYONE to make the decision to mutilate their child (male or female) purely on the argument that it "looks better". I'd probably look better if my parents had chopped my head off, and believe me there are times that I wish they had! Cut men do not have this natural cleaning function, which is why they can get infections within the urinary tract, which almost never happens to people with a foreskin. It's a bit the same as with circumcised women whose labia were cut: their biological defense (through bacteria that live between the labia) has been removed and so the infections creep up into the vaginal tract, and can even lead to uterine and cervix cancer. Circumcision leads to much bigger risks for much more severe infections, both in women and in men. The argument about circumcision for cleanliness has long been debunked by medical science. It was an irrational and ideological argument created by Victorians who wanted to stop young men from masturbating. So let's get rid of the myths here. They serve no-one. The fact remains, circumcision is not healthy and should be abandoned.
