Well here is my problem I have some White K.C seeds that i was planning on growing outside but i have no idea what the flowering time is, And my outdoor grow time is very short due to the fact im in northern canada. So I want to know is it worth trying to grow them outside or should i just risk growing them at home?

I couldn't find the exact flowering time for this plant either. But as it is a Afghani/White Widow/K33 cross the flowering time will be between 7 to 10 weeks. You need to find out when you first frost is. In the UK and a lot of America you generally need to be able to grow outdoors untill the beginning of October or late september for early flowering plants. If you bad weather starts before late September either grow in a greenhouse or indoors. Some people bring there plants indoors to start the flowering period early then put them back outside to finish it.
Being in Northern Canada you may be struggling but check yourself do some research on the net.

Marijuana usually finishes in mid-late Oct.
If you don't know the average date of the first frost, call up a local plant nursery. Some plants san withstand a frost or 2, some can even survive a freeze (I' ve seen plants growing with snow on the ground).
If I were you I'd plant some outside and some inside.

Well I started my plants outdoors after all but soon after i planted them we started getting a lot of rain. So i moved them indoors to my grow chamber to try and save them from the rain. But I ended up causing myself more problems by doing this because the soil was to soaked with water and it started growing white mold. The mold is gone now. But my plants are sickly and thin. How could I get my stems and stalks thicker? and what is a good organic way to stimulate root growth?

Try maxicrop seaweed. Thin plants usually caused by lack of light. Mixing soil with pearlite helps drainage. Can you not make a makeshift greenhouse or buy a proper growlight.

Just get them oudoors and find the hardiest plant then you can take cuttings and produce you own outdoorstrain.Or you could order an outdoor strain of the internet something like durban poison (very hardy plant). Plants can handle rain as long as the soil is draining well.
