I found a Jean Neiditch book from the 70s and have been following the diet for the third week now. So far it's 8# off and very encouraging. The requirements are rather strict (measuring, weighing and spooning). I've had baked apples and some fairly elaborately marinated meats.
I'm pleased. Has anyone else done it?

I do WeightWatchers since the end of april and I´ve already lost 4,1 kg (really good YAY). I think it´s a really good way to loose weight and change your eating habits (at least a bit *g*) and you don´t have to avoid all the tasty sweets and such *g*
