me an my roommate had our first big fight

and I fucked it up big time she is never home but she talks about me at her work all of the time. so one of her co-workers said something to me in passing today. Totally false so I wrote a huge mean hate filled letter. because that is truly what I felt at that moment. Went upstairs to talk to other roomates and have a ciggy. yea well in those 10 mins she came home and grabbed the letter,

fast forward to her caming home again to me my friends sitting on couch and her going asking me what the fuck

turns into a screaming match huge huge one and her saying your dead to me.

the problem is I am sticking to three facts

1 she lied to people about me, not just petty drama but huge lie
2 she denies that she made it up but
3 she wrote a note on our chalk board wall saing I am dead to her
and to never talk to her again

I hate this situation

 

Wow, that sucks. I hate situations like that, when you can't really talk, but there are some things you just need to talk about without everything turning into a screaming fight. Talk to people that know her that aren't mad at you, and maybe they can pass along the stuff you need to say? Just some tactics I would use.

 

That is a hard situation. Right now things are still fresh and she is probably still really angry and so are you. It would probably be best to let things simmer down, give it a little time, and then approach her and tell her what ever it is you need to say.....in a non-confrontational way of course. Then she might be more willing to listen. Just like you wrote that note when you were angry and probably didnt mean to say some things....she probably said "you are dead to me" in anger and may not mean that as well. Good luck!
