Well, I hate working, I hate saving money and I hate money altogether and don't have a lot of it......but if someone could tell me a really cheap way to get across the pacific without paying too much i think i could handle that. Can you go by boat? I've also heard that there are ways of taking flights and getting paid to carry cargo. I have also been thinking that i can take a train through asia or europe or something or am i only dreaming?
since you live in Australia, its gonna be expensive to go everywhere except SE asia, but look at it this way, you live near tropical beaches and jungles, I live by Canada
I've seen tropical beaches and jungles and deserts, but i've never seen green grasslands and big pine forests, and SE asia is good and cheap but once i've run out of money its tough shit getting a job. In the developed world one can be a wealthy hobo.
What the hell would you want to go to Canada for? I live an hour from there and I don't even go! I guess if you really HAD to get there you could hitch hike. I'm not sure how far you'll get though.
Hmmmm... I'd bet some old man would pay for you to come stay with him .... he'd probably pay for your flight, hotel, clothe you, probably anything you want. I saw something like that on Oprah. When you got here though we could come steal you from his clutches. You may have to put out a little in the meantime.
I have a mild interest in French Canada, ond Banff....but i get a week off and I don't go to Canada....though my uncle "owns an island" in lake Ontario Canada, maybe i should check that out again
Because canada is like the less stupid version of the united states. There is not really any good in hitchhiking seeing as the last stop is the ocean and i live about 20 minutes away.
My experience is that Canada is a less fun version of America, but then again, haven't been to Montreal or Quebec City, just keep the fucking bands away from me, same to you Australia
Less stupid? Maybe. But the U.S. has better sights than Canada...hands down. I drove through Ontario once...from Detroit to Niagra Falls...and it was a big fat yawn.
HA HA HA...... anyway, i have an english passport, so I can go there too. I just want to know if there are any loopholes in overseas travel where you don't have to pay a lot. I don't mind if I have to live in a storage room with a sack and a blanket on the way.
I think Canada is OK, I just liked it better before Canadians were proud of it edit: actually canadians coming here is pretty common, americans to canada is nearly impossible
