Has anyone ever gotten one of these? I'm moving to an arts-type high school next school year where I have to live in dorms and I need a bedspread.. But I'm kinda skeptical, because they look really thin. If you've ever..come in contact with one of them, are they really thin? Are they (even slightly) suitable for a bedspread? It won't be my only blanket, so I'm not worried about warmth, but I just don't wanna order it and get a giant scarf
no, theyre awesome. i have one that is out of gypsy rose but i bought it at a store in santa cruz. it the one with the mushroom & the smokin catterpillar & alice. its not very thick, but it is suitable for a bedspread. but mine is tacked over my window.
I always thought of tapestries as decorations, not something to actually sleep under. They are pretty thin. But I suppose they would work on hot nights when you need to be under the covers..?
well i'm not really lookin for warmth.. just something cute just to cover up when i'm hangin out in the tv room or something.. but like i said, i don't really wanna be buying a giant scarf
I sell tapestries through our website, they seem to be slightly thicker that those of GR or SF, but not a thick as like a heavy winter blanket. www.paisleydays.com
