40 blunts at job corps.

Job corps sucks ass, unless I have some weed. One week I had gotten my tax return, so I figured I would buy some weed. At job corps you have to buy weed $10 per blunt, so I bought 40 blunts with $400 I got from my tax return and I got fucked up as hell for a week, along with 3 other people; Kari, the biggest stoner, other than myself, on campus with the biggest ass on campus. She is the TopNotchFEMALEStoner; Tobias, my OT who is crazy as hell but he is one of the coolest people on campus, and Brittany, the Xanax Queen of Shelby, NC. Nobody has smoked like that at job corps, except for me and the people I smoked those blunts with. It was wonderful. The weed man loved me, man. I gave him almost all of his profit.

maybe i'm just stupid but i'm really confused. you bought weed from job corps? then again perhaps i'm just confused about exactly what job corps is (though i have an idea)

Job Corps is like a small college community that you live in where people study on certan things (usually labor jobs like welding or something). He's saying he bought weed from a guy who was selling it there (another student), and lots of it. Does that clear some of the confusion up?
