Does the color of the egg shell make a big difference to you? I have birds that lay Easter eggs ... they make a big splash to folks who've never seen 'em before
That's untrue. specific breeds of chickens have different egg colors. Color of eggs is no means to judge health, and the 'health' of all eggs, barring egg diseases is similar in terms of fats, sodium, calories, and protein.
My neighbor sells eggs and they have a very dark orange yolk. They are a gazillion times more yummy than pale orange grocery brand eggs...they were a brownish speckled shell.
