Hey Y'all: I am a soon to be 47 year old hippie chick living in Mountain City, TN. Would like to hook up with some area folks. I moved down here to hook up with a brother and it did not work out. We are still friends though. So me and my son (24 year old boy/man) are living in public housing on his SSI. I know three cool people in the area. Would also be interested in relocating to an area with more hippies or a community type situation. I am getting a few odd jobs housecleaning, etc. I am an herbalist and energy worker. I also am a dang good cook in "civilized" settings and out in the wilder places. I also carve staffs and pipes and whatever takes my fancy. Anyway, if some of the neighborhood hippies would contact me I would love to get to know y'all. My kitchen is always open and so is my heart and soul.

    Health and Peace to all,

    Cricket Shadowolf

Greetings Sister! My wife is from Hampton TN, so we're in your neck o' the woods frequently, when we visit her relatives and such. I'd love to say hello next time we're down! In the meantime, you'll find some cool progressive types at this one place in Johnson City (can't remember the name, but it's a coffee shop that features live music) and TONS of cool folk over in Asheville NC which shouldn't be too hard for you to get to. Good luck!

We're here in mid-east Tennessee! Not much going on--kids and gardens. What kind of situation are you looking for? We're on land here, have some spaces for resourceful folk.
