    Breakfast:

    Eggs with sausage.

    Lunch:

Two Royal's with Cheese (had to go to Paris very early this morning via the Chunnel -- they don't know what the hell a 1/4 pounder with cheese is, then again, neither do I since I'm Scotish) from McDonalds. Had a salad later on, just to get in some greens. Put about a fourth of a litre of Caesar dressing on it too. Twas delicious.

    Dinner:

Steak with a side of Parmasano noodles and some bacon (can never have enough bacon).

    Excellent meals, all of them.
