I think that depends on where you are; I'm in Canada so winter time is not a prefered time of year for that, lol. But, spring to fall, I squeeze as much in as I can!
Spring is the best of course. Spring is the best time to be outside in general, that nice cool air cannot be beat.
ANY Time is isn't dangerously cold. We definitely have weather in which one should NOT be barefoot. Even in between seasons, there are times of day when the sun is strong enough for just awhile. But really, even here in cold Maine, it might amaze most of you to know that OVER HALF the year is quite good for barefooting! Yes, even when snow lies around in mild weather. And that feels exquisitely nice--But as long as it's not the dead of winter, the rock ledges and pine needles are always wonderful.
the best time to be barfoot is all the time here since florida doesnt get too cold to take your shoes off.
The best time for me is spring, summer and fall. But another soothing time is right after a warm summer or spring rain shower. Walking BF on the cool wet grass fills soo good on your feet.
Same here, all the time. Unfortunately, one must keep a pair of flips flops with you here in NOLA, since so much of the area is in a rebuilding stage.:$
Probably summer or spring. As I recall I constantly burnt my feet in summer time, and I don't like real warm weather, so perhaps spring. And it may not be a good idea, but I'd feel tempted to in winter time.
