I've only just joined this forum a couple weeks ago(when my trip was first in the planning stages. I just wanted to thank you all for the inspiration and all the advice you have provided in these pages. There are four of us leaving on Saturday to walk the United States(starting first with Southern Illinois, then New Mexico, then up to the Pacific Northwest-if that is where inspiration tells us to go) We decided to do this to spread awareness about all the racist, violent attitudes engendering the world today. We hope to talk to many people and to show that there is a way to live without seriously screwing up the environment. Please keep us in your thoughts and if anyone has any advice on this trip...please let me know. Thanks again, Scott
it is VERY important you stay clean and well groomed, if you do more opertunities will come your way. even though its summer bring a warm jacket. you will need it. call kfc 20 minutes before they close and order a family bucket, it will still be warm when you scroung it from the dumpster. go to a joke website and memorize a bunch of jokes, you can live on making poeple laugh. and the number one advice i an give .. trust your instincs, dont right them off to stereotyping, or mood
