What are you getting for a grad present?

So most of you sat around for 12 years pushing a pencil or pen being taught to think sitting down....only to find there aren't to many people that will pay you for sitting down and thinking.
So what do you get, or have you gotten already,.............. for a graduation present?

a suitcase and some cash

 

when I graduated three years ago
leopard print luggage with a laptop hidden inside my parents had joked for -months- about getting me luggage
(funny since I moved out 1 1/2 months later by choice)
oh, and a nice dinner with my dad and grandma yay!

 

A St Christopher medalion necklace from my Baba and Gido...that was a year ago

 

A week long surf trip with my buddys


I guess anyway, it coincided with leaving school and they paid so yeah

 

When I graduated my Grandparents gave me 1200 dollars.

I bought a car.

 

I received around $100 from my parents, and there might be more coming, but I'm not certain.

 

I got a laptop and a massive set of these beautiful dishes that I wished for.

That was like.. uhh.. three years ago.

 

haven't gotten to that point yet
only 4 more days

 

heh, i had a pizza.... with my grandma and grandpa...
and 1000 euros to pay tax in college..

 

when i graduate i hope i get to go on a road trip
and well some cash would be nice
but something more....something special..idk yet

 

I was really lucky ... The cash got me the car that got me to all the amazing places I have been ...

I went to Key West, Montreal, Wisconson ... and ALOT of other places. I seriously put over 80,000 miles on that car in two years ... I could not have asked for anything more amazing. The memories will last me my entire lifetime.

I got a digital camera in 2003, which is now defunct.

I'm getting a trip to Europe next year for getting my Bachelor's

 

The patron saint of travelers... that's probably one of the most unique graduation presents I've heard of.

i got a laptop that doesn't work
i haven't been able to use it since last october

 

my parents probably won't give me anything for my graduation.. but an rrsp fund would be much appreciated.
