yeah he created them but it was people that misused them. God gave people the choice and it is people that continually make the wrong choice.

If a dealer claims to have given the users drugs to keep around and research but to be responsible, he isnt protected by anything. god would also be charged with mass murder. and since it was he who promoted capital punishment in genesis, it seems reasonable to fulfil his will, as good christians.
