faerys,vampires, mermaids, etc

does anyone think that faerys, vampires, mermaids gnomes and all the things we used to think were real when we were young are actually real .
i do . i know it sounds crazy but i really do beleive that faerys and so on are real.

 

of course not...there extinct...duh

 

Vampires and fairies are real. I'm extinct.

 

I used to think that unicorns were real.. damn those special effects!


I don't know if I believe in stuff like that.. it's more like I don't not-believe in it.. I'm kinda agnostic that way

 

I'd really love to believe that they exist, but in my heart, I don't think that they do.

I do believe in hodags though. Which, or course, are cave dwelling creatures. My boss at the Oregon Caves told me about them and I'm pretty damn sure I saw one while I was exploring the cave.

 

I believe in all those things.


As a child, your pyschic awareness is very strong and often otherworldy creatures are easily seen at this young age. Pyschic awareness and can be kept or even enhanced into adulthood, but sadly often it isn't.

 

yep! of course! Especially Peter Pan.. im in Love with Peter Pan.. i leave my window open every night hoping one night, Peter Pan will come and i can fly away to NeverLand with him..

 

I used to love unicorns too... and all those things are absolutely real. They're just really hard to spot, like sasquatches (sp?)....

 

Someone I didnt even know called me a vampire. They said I died but really didn't at some point (I OD'ed once so that kinda tripped me out) and that I was walking around half dead taking energy from people. Maybe it was cause she was pagen... hmmm Freaky stuff. I am the undead =D

 

I used to think I was The Little Mermaid and my grandmother made me a tail to wear in the tub... it was cute. It was all sparkly.... awww.... I miss it. Maybe she'll make me another one.


I also thought I was Petrie from The Land Before Time for a long time....

And my mom has this book on Gnomes from like the 70's that is so great that I still believe in them.... I have some in my garden to let them know I'm friendly.

 

Is that the one that has the naked gnome pictures? Man I saw that in my english class and still havent recovered from seeing gnome butt

They do have little naked ones! It's very cute. I love this book.

 

Ah! I know that book.. it's by Rien Poortvliet.. a Dutch painter/writer type of person.. he made some great books about gnomes, but also his drawings of horses and dogs are absolutely great..


That book made me believe in gnomes as well by the way..

Ohhw.. the drawing of the.. ehm.. those bog ugly ones.. that killed birds.. yuck.. freaked me out as a kid...

i think mermaids could exist. there's too much about the sea that's undiscovered and always changing. I believe in em... :&

i think fairies are real.. and i think that vampires is a disease i mean some of it's a disease not the biting someones neck and drawing blood part.. photodermatosis. allergic to the sun and they can only come out at night time and they need a special light inside the house and stuff.... I have a friend who is allergic to the sun and when she comes out in the sun then she gets huge air sack things all over her back and she can die from it... she can't even be in a littlke bit of sun... So people call them vampires because they can't go in the sun and can only come out at night time. But the vampire nowadays people think is just a guy with a cape and can suck people's blood and can die from the cross or garlic. So that kind of so-called "vampire" is what I believe in but i don't believe in people calling them vampires because they arn't....

 

i beleive in mermaids. when i'd go on the beaches or near my grandfather's cottage, i could swear i've seen them under water.

as for faeries, i havent seen alot of them, when i was younger i ded. but i beleie in faerie dust.
