does anybody know what's the white-brown thingy that forms around the bird's eyes? It's some kind of illness (in humans it's dermatological, but I don't know the terms for a bird). He can't close his eyes well, and his legs are also having those germs. It looks like it's a bacteria, and I fear my other one is going to get it soon. Tell me how to stop it.

why dont you do the responsible thing and take him to see a vet. The vet will tell you how to stop it.
