make so many friggin mistakes? anybody else notice this? I've noticed it in alot of different stores in alot of different places. and how come they never fuck up in your favor? the one in my town is so bad this way that if it's only a matter of a buck or two if figure i lucked out.
An English comdien has also said that how come the people who work in here are always so unhealthy looking, that they are always the ones with spots and boils and really bad skin S
somebody somewhere along the chain of command is bringing their lunchbong to work. well see that's the only reason I still go to these places; the ones around here hire mostly sun tanned hippy girls. :X and now that the weather's warming up we're talking about tanned sweaty hippy gurls.
I have been in the one here in my town and had nothing but very great service and well I only have bought honey there she never tried to overcharge.
apparently you're missing out on all the hot sweaty hippy grrls. the pple who work at the hfs's around here are usually just realllllllly realllllly slow, and i'm always in a hurry, or my kid's starting to freak out or something. it's crazy frustrating.
I actually work in one...though I work in the speciality cheese beer and wine department yum...our cashier's do seem to call the various departments all the time with questions...but I don't actually see them fucking up...
heehee that's because you live in bakers and all they have there are bars, feed stores, and gun shops. Maybe you're not as anal as I am we've got a cpl of those too. It's the wannabe nutritionists who have to critique everything every customer is trying to buy; "Oh this is veeerrry good for you blah blah blah system, you should take x amount of blah blah blah every blah blah..." and you're like "Look man, I don't care if it makes me grow tits as long as I get to eat it before my lunch breaks over". Do you ever actually shop thre?
It's the Wheat Grass Fumes-makes them dizzy. Ever notice they all have that same smell too? WTF is that?
i don't know what kind of natural food stores you're talking about here, but food co-ops tend to be run by under or un paid volunteers without a lot of retail experience, or at least i can remember when they were. on the other hand if you're talking about places like g.n.c. or elliots, well why aren't you going to the co-op or farmer's markets and getting the real thing? =^^= .../\...
No co-ops in Santa Cruz (if there were I'd be there). the places we have here are like smaller versions of the Whole Foods franchise (you're from cali so I figure you probably know them). We've got a cpl farmers markets every week but they don't sell vitamins or have a deli.
It's because they haven't had their recommended daily intake of additives and preservatives for their brain to function properly.... Either that or all of their pistons are not firing....
I like to think that they're all so dazzled by my presence and eager to impress me that they get all flusstered and nervous and wind up hitting the wrong keys on the register. I also like to think the woods around here are inhabited by unicorn riding wood nymphs and talking space coyotes.
I want to work in a health food store...boo. I'm sad because the only option I have here in town is...convenience store. Definitely not health food. I think nutrition dies when it comes through those doors.
Yeah, I do...haven't had a problem with them though...though they are the brightest bunch of people...
