Who else just watched "The Omen" today? :-)

lol when I was at the theatre it was so funny that a 12:05 PM movie would be that packed! It as crowded for an early afternoon show. I guess everyone was thinking like us and wanting to go on "6-6-06"

It was a pretty decent movie. I've never seen the original. It was definately good enough, had its moments that made me jump. I've seen better horror movies, but on the other hand, it was better than a lot of crap I've seen recently.

lol my one friend who has gotten super-religious recently did NOT want to see it ever, and was creeped out by it being 6-6-06

I dunno, for the most part I think it is supersticious nonsense, but on the other hand I wont lie and say it hasn't creepd me out at ALL that it is 6-6-06. I did stay up past 12 on purpose (it's 12:30 now) so that it'll be 6-7-06 when I fall asleep. LOL And I threw out the old oiga board I found a few days ago when I was cleaning.

oh and you know what? My new neighbors dogs, who already scare me, totally creeped me out today. The roat riler did that low growl thing that dogs do, scared the crap outa me, I almost didn't make it to my car. And than after the movie, when I was almost home, I started thinking of all those crazy dog scenes in The Omen...and I was thinking...are the dogs out int he backyard still? probably not...but I still ended up parking in the front yard to avoid them. LOL you know, "just in case"

I was actually go for more of a laugh with my name, guess i shouldve picked a typical name and thrown in 420 like every other <30 year old person here who thinks they lived in the 60s.

I don't understand why they call it Omen and not Omen the remake or do over. I mean the original omen was a great movie and they actually think they can make it better.
