Well I'm a Person Who Happens to Like Bland Tasting Foods... I Find Wholemeal Bread Tasty Without Anything on it...
what a dull life you must lead...... theres nothing like a triple cheeseburger from wendys with ketchup, mustard, mayo, and grease dripping out of it in globs......now thats fucking food.
i used to eat it all the time. same with soda, i feel like puking when i drink a little bit. i can only consumer soda when drinking alcohol. i just can't stomach it anymore, my body doesn't do too well with it.
I have to die from something, and I quit smoking cigarettes over a year ago.....I started enjoying my food more after I did.
I did too, it's what I grew up on really. But about 6 years ago, I changed the way I ate, and haven't looked back, because I realized just how much better I felt. The times that I have eaten badly have always made me feel sickly afterwards.
I enjoy this way more than I ever did smoking.....although with my family's history of high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and heart disease, its a big toss up...
I'm not overweight, I work enough to burn off everything I eat during the day, and I'm always hungry at night. Its a non stop process. Healthy food doesn't fill me up even if I ate it non stop all day
i was kinda forced to changed my freshman year in college - it was for the better though, even though i didn't like them taking my cookies
Make your own healthy food-- grow a garden. Supermarket rules: Spend most of your money in produce. Whole foods and short ingredient lists should predominate. Read ingredients lists and avoid colorings, artificial flavorings, sugars (anything with the suffix "ose" and corn syrup). These are poisons added to foods by big business to make it tasty and addictive. Preservatives make it saleable longer- ensuring that it is profitable. Avoid dairy and eat red meat sparingly if at all. Have a big breakfast. My breakfast is a huge bowl of old fashioned oats sweetened only with raisins. Junk can be avoided if you're motivated enough.
i do believe the poor "l" was shunned and forgotten when healthy was being spelled out... that poor poor "l" must have had his/her/its self esteem shot to pieces
at least to an extent, yes. moneymaking plans Like some smartypants above said, try growing your own garden... even if you just get a few pots and plant the veggies you eat the most (carrots, cucumbers, etc). I filch veggies from my mom's garden (she likes the planting, some of the tending and very little of the harvesting)
I Guess if I was Furtunate Enough to Have a Plot of Land...I Would Have my Own Garden with Selected vegetables... However...All I Have is a Tiny Conctrete Square Patch...
try meal pack bars...they're like 600 calories and are all raw and natural. I turned a guy onto them who was eating cheeseburgers and fries for lunch and since he's found these he's lost 20 pounds. they are really yummy and a lot less than fast food. I swear the junk food catches up with you-not always weight wise but healthwise it does.
totally I agree with this dude v it's all about motivation. once you see how your skin clears up, your weight comes off effortlessly and all the compliments you get you will never look back to your old way of living. Also, there are healthy cookies and chocolate and stuff for when ya just need it (for me almost everyday ) exercise too, especially yoga because you're not supossed to eat 4 hours before class and you respect what you put in your body the rest of the day because you worked so hard and don't want to blow it. Really you can do it, don't wait until it catches up with you because you'll be sorry and medical bills are much more expensive than making healthy choices.
