You have to stare at it, move mouse over it, KEEP STARING AT THE DOT AND DON'T MOVE THE MOUSE, then the picture will look like it's in color until you move your eyes away
You'll get it, slowly but surly, haha

O shit, .. I got bad vision. I see now i thought it was turnign color as soon as I put the mouse over it. But, really it was black and white.

Gosh, I have vision problems.. chill the fuck out. I have trouble seeing colors and shit sometimes.. expecially on the computer. I huffed duster until I allmost died, and my eyes havent been the same since.

 

similar thing here, by Jasper Johns. Stare at the top flag for a while, then look at the bottom one and it looks like the regular flag colors.

 

Ahh, those are both creepy... it took me a while to understand
