For me it's Stolichnaya vodka, Stolichnaya Vanil vodka, Ketel One vodka , Ketel One Citron vodka, and Hennessy cognac. My favorite cocktails are white russians, margaritas, Coke zero and vanilla vodka, screwdrivers, and cranberry juice and vodka. What are yours?

Yeah, or else I drink it straight out of the freezer. Why? Is there something wrong with that? I drink for pleasure, not to get plastered.

IMO Grey Goose is way overrated. I'll drink Absolut over Grey Goose any day. If you're asking about mixed drinks though, I'm gonna have to say that you can't beat apple pie.

i'm far from a hard liquor afficionado, but i've tried a few brands and here's what i like basically....

rum is my favorite, and what i've tried the most varieties of. my current favorite rum for drinking straight is bacardi 8, though captain morgan's private stock and bacardi select are also pretty good in my opinion. the last two i'd be more prone to drinking mixed with cola, ginger ale, or juices though.

for vodka i like absolut 80 proof or this bottle my brother got me for my birthday called danzka which is pretty good.

for tequila i like cabo wabo, but thats the ONLY tequila i've tried that i would consider drinking straight. mind you i haven't tried more than two or three brands.

i wouldn't turn down a jack and coke.

right now i'm drinking one of my favorite mixed drinks which consists of roughly 1 part rum, 1 part vodka, and two or three parts ginger ale....

and right before i made it i took a small shot of the rum

and i'm happy because it's bacardi 8 and danzka with schweppes, which i find to be very VERY tasty. this is a warm up brink before i crack open my baltika 6 porter

ugh, i HATE tonic water! i dont know how people can drink that stuff...blegh....

but i'd readily try any number of tasty liquors and liqueurs in plain old soda water...

i've been thinking a drink composed of 1 part amaretto, 1 part vodka, and 2 parts soda water might be pretty good. or even two parts jagermeister instead of the amaretto and vodka.....

i dunno if thats true for me....i'm pretty doubtful, really.....

i hate tonic water. i like gin ok though i've only had it a few times. i can drink 100 proof gin straight easier than i can drink it in tonic, and gin and tonics are a classic......

vodka has less of its own flavor than any other liquor generally, making it one of the more versatile liquors for cocktails. i seriously doubt it would effect the flavor of the tonic water enough for me to enjoy it.

i'd definitely go for mixing booze with soda water or sparkling mineral water stuff though.....i like both of those drinks....
