im really really wanting a tattoo, but am unsure what i wanna get! i was gnna get sum kool stars, but loadsa people have them? anyone got any ideas or what helped them 2 decide? thanking you peace out
I think you should be the only one that decides what goes on your body FOREVER. It should be something that means something to YOU...not someone else.
I have a peace sign at the back of my neck (First Tattoo) A chinese symbol for "Dancer" on my foot (I've been dancing for 20 years) Three Falling Stars behind my ear. The Buddhist Symbol for Unity and Eternity on my left wrist (it is also the symbol Buddha uses when he reaches the level of forgetting the look of one's body and instead concentrating on one's inner workings)
I know someone who has a "made in japan" on the under side of his foot. I imagine it was pretty sensitive...plus, you have to walk on it...
Depending on how calloused the bottom of your foot is, it might not hurt too badly. My top-of-foot tattoo didn't hurt that bad...not any worse than the rest of mine.
I was just remembering something I wanted to do once... it was silly.. .. get the design of a $100 bill, tatood on the palm of my hand... but someone made the point that it would probably fade. So I instead made a scarification of a "$" on the top of my left hand.... which some people thought was cool but I actually decided I DIDNT like because I changed the way I thought about desires of money, etc in life...... so I scarred the whole area over and then healed and faded it off and, cant see a trace of it now, which Im glad for, because I would have regretted seeing that one, now.
