A part-time job would keep you busy without sucking up all your time.

Volunteering is an awesome way to contribute to the world...it is also more flexible than a job.
maybe an online college course? or investigating new hobbies?

and absolutely mention this to your counsleor. you are stressing over this and that is information that can be useful to a counselor.

    Good luck!

haaah.. you are so funny. You don't want an entry level job, you want to be the CEO of a company your first day. You don't want just any girlfriend, you want to date a supermodel. You don't want to vollenteer, but you expect everyone to drop what they are doing to solve you problems for you. You want friends, but they have to be perfectly suited to you.

You should totally take each day at a time, just like you always do. Because its worked so well for you in the past. I mean, look at all the education you have! All the friends! All the girls just lining up to fuck you! Totally take each day at a time... its such a winning recipe!

Tell the councellor whatever you want to tell the councellor. Tell the councellor that you have been talking to big bunnies, that the clock on the wall told you to quit school. Do whatever you want... but don't be honest with the councellor.. that would only spell distaster.

wah wah wah, I don't wanna do volunteer work, I don't want a shitty entry level job that might give me good experience for the future, waaaah the community doesn't like me (probably because you don't do any community/volunteer work)

    *sigh*

With the number of people in this thread saying you should get a job, maybe you should seriously consider getting one. Even a part time gig at a food joint like Subway (if they have those where you are), where you don't have to deal with deep frying but you still get some experience, could be really good for you

Its called being IRONIC. And since you are no longer in school, you have no hope of ever understanding what IRONY means, unless you find a dictonary and look it up.

In your other thread, the one where you whine and moan about people at your school calling you gay, (not this one, where you whine and moan about not having anything to do this summer) everyone told you to be honest with your councellor.. to tell her everything. But you don't seem to listen to anyone at any time, so basically, do whatever the hell you want to do.

Lucky you, then. No respectable mechanics shop would hire a completely inexperienced kid to do anything but sweep the floor and
organize tools. Not to mention, most engineering fields require 4 year or more degrees. No...you'd be stuck where we all start. Customer service. [IMG]

Haha...no I'm saying no way are you getting into even either of those fields. You'll probably have to start off doing a measly job like a store clerk. It's no fun, but everyone has to start somewhere. It's better than being bored and lonely. I'm about to take a job myself and while I really don't want to do it, it's getting paid to not be bored!
