yeah I wanted to do a Zeppelin song and we were discussing how Jimmy page always does weird tunings to play stuff and he was like "There's a way to play The Rain Song in standard tuning!" And I was like "Really?!" and now I'm gonna learn it .

 

Almost all fo the electric stuff he does is in standerd. And you can play any "weird"( and they're not wierd they're open tuneings) in standerd. If you know your theroy.
