My dad believes in infrequent and small usage of airconditioning. then saving all the cold air in the living room.

and I just don't shower enough..

never ever had air conditionning

that's very rare...it's for banks.......i think only banks have it

I kinda miss it though
we just have a gazillion fans atm
(not sure it's any better, three/four fans vs one central air unit for a rather small house, just the main floor too not the basement at all)

I get by without, but the week of 40C+ weather that we get late july/early august is just exhausting

 

australia is much better at perserving things. look at how showers are done there, on average. very short showers.

i personally want to live in hawaii (not for the island fun.. i'm too white for that) cause they are huge environmentalists.

 

Last nite my dad left the air conditioning on while we slept.

My room's in the basement though, so it really doesn't affect me at all.

I go running and play basketball in heat so humid I'd be dripping afterwards if I hadn't sweat at all, so I probably wouldn't care much if we had no air conditioning. Everyone else in this house would...whine whine whine. Fucking pansy Americans.

 

i smell bad too...

i went swimming in a pond yesterday, still haven't showered. I'll get around to it sometime today.

we've got a fan on right now.so im hoping by the end of the week we get the
A/C set up.waking up kind of sucks.

 

We don't have central A/C... but, Four wall units in a 3,000 sq. ft. house still doesn't cool it very well.

It was 96 degrees out today, and I don't do well in extreme heat
