I just got busted 1 week ago from today. A few buddies and I decided to go out durin' our Lunch to buy some good ol' Marijaine.. Welp, It appears that we were SET UP, As fucked as that sounds - It's the truth. Before we got in the car with this " Dealer ", We saw our principle talkin' to a few Pigz. He didn't see us get in the car, But we were still a Lil' sketched out. We went to the beach, Smoked a joint, Packed a bowl, Smoked half of it.. And then we realized that we were gonna be late. I grabbed Mark's half smoked bowl, 'Cuz he almost forgot it. We jumped in the car, Got dropped back off at school. Went to our classes, And then after Study I see Aneka sittin' outside of the Nurse's Office. Crying? Yep, So I hugged her, She said she had no ide what was going on.. Some bitch yelled at me for associating with her. I walked away, Not understanding what could be happening. I ran into Mark, He gave me the heads up that he got searched, And that he was so happy he couldn't find his bowl.. I told him I had it in my pants (lol ^^), And he asked me to hold on to it 'til the end of the day. I said I would. The principle grabbed me 2 minutes after this conversation, And I knew right then and there I was FUCKED. Not only did I have a HALF-SMOKED BOWL THAT WASN'T MINE in my pants, But I also had a pipe in my backpack and a lil' bit of weed in my Pocket.. I was searched - They found my shit. They didn't find Mark's.. Fucken' idiotz. The cops n' my principles went into the office, And I saw Mark before they came out.. So I gave him his shit. I was arrested, Along with Aneka, Adrie, n' Tim.. Handcuffs & all. I was thrown in a jail cell for about an hour with Adrie, Heh. Dad came and got me. He was BULL$HIT, At first.. But he's well over it now. I got off with 6 months Probation. 28 hours of Community Service, Gotta write 2 essays, And pass every Drug-Test.. DAMN! It could be worse, So I got no real complaints. All I gotta say is, FUCK THE SYSTEM!

The entire "Busted" section of this forum would have virtually no use if people would just follow these simple rules: 1) Don't smoke/possess marijuana in or around a school 2) Do not smoke in public parks 3) Know exactly who you're buying from There's also the issue of parents, but that isn't quite the same as having to deal with law enforcement.
Damn America sucks for marijuana, if you were in the uk and even had a 1/4 on you, you would only get a caution if it is your first offence, I've been caught before with about half a teenth on me and they let me off.
I find it hard to understand America sometimes. On one hand it seems very Conservative. yet the crime levels seem to indicate otherwise. I was amazed whilst over there at difference between the ' haves and have nots'. The amount of people on the streets was shocking.

If you think America's drug laws are bullshit, go down to the philopines. There are areas there that you can be serverly beaten for posession, and executing for trafficing even small amounts. Anyway... I honestly really can't give my sympathy, bro. It sucks that you got caught, but you should've known better than to have it at school. When you enter a public school, you're entering a government-ordaine institution. Your 4th Amdendment doesn't exist inside of a public school (but it doesn't really exist outside of America until after the fact, and then the judge usually decides to prosecute anyway). Let this be a lesson to you: Don't fucking bring weed to school.

Marijuana, like everything from mastaurbation to drinking water, can and is harmful when carried to an extreme. When i mean extreme i mean that it's interfereing in your day to day life (getting busted because you went to buy weed at school, knowing that you have a drug test coming up but deciding to smoke anyways). Everything is psychologically addictive, and any addiction can have negative effects. MJ shouldn't be against the law, hell in some cases it should be madatory, but this is no excuse for doing something stupid (smoking at school), or a reason to believe that it's "harmless". As for the whole "It's just a plant, it's natural" thing. datura is a plant, datura is natural, and if you think it's harmless you are one dumb stoner.
