I plan on seeing it for sure because Leonard Cohen is one of my favorite songwriters. I have to see what theatres it's playing at.

I still get in the arguement time to time with my brother david over who's version of hallelujah is better. leonard cohen's version or jeff buckleys. he always goes with buckley and I go with cohen.
this was music i grew up with and for a time i totally forgot about him...but recently, cohens music has reinvigorated my mind...
It's only opening in New York City tomorrow. It probably won't start to appear across the country for another few weeks, unfortunately.
I don't know if I'd call his music soulful, but it definitely takes me to a aplace that no other music does, very atmospheric. I'm not often in the mood to hear it, because i think its really intense and i have to be up for that
