oh my god it so is that song.. "a little fall of rain.. could hardly hurt me now" how hearbreaking but at least she got to die happy, in marius' arms. all she ever wanted, all her life, was him and right before she died, thats what she got. kinda bittersweet, dontcha think? i can safely say, les miserables is my favorite musical of all time. i will never forget seeing in in london. -sigh- i'd love to see it again.
I am really jealous now. I wish I could see it. If I ever get the chance to, I am going. I don't care how much it costs... What is even sadder is that she shows Marius where Cossette lives with Valjean and that end up being the reason they are not together. At least Eponine saves Valjean and Cossette from her father... (Wispering Woods, have you at least heard the original London cast recording?)
Yeah, she inadvertantly hooked them up But yeah, I would definitly recommend spending any amount of money to go n see it.
OOO, I read today that there are plans to make the musical into a film...I hope they go through with it, cause that would be totally awesome
That was my first Broadway play I have ever been to, Les Mis. ALSO one of my favorite. I cry everytime I hear the music to it.
I really hope they make it into a movie. i really loved the rendition of Phantom of the Opera (another one of my favorites). and yeah, the music to it makes me cry too..
Well, technically they did... I'm just busting your chops. I agree, it would be nice - but seeing how much Phantom flopped, it might be a while before they do.
Les Mis. is amazing... I've never seen the broadway version, but I have all the musci always with me. It's just amazing.
