Hello, Is anyone having problems with regards to ebay custoer services??? I had my account hacked and someone biddded on loads of items in my namer that i hadnt placed a bid for.. I just wanted to know if anyone has actually had any response from them before?? Or know of a contact number or their address?? I am tempted to go to london where they based with my mate and demand i speak to someone there about the issue as they are completely blanking all my efforts.. Warden
That happened to us. Someone got into our account and bid on a car, knew nothing until ebay contacted us as we hadn't used it for a while. Anyway they sorted it no problem, and told us how to keep the account safe in future.
We had a load of trouble trying to sell bongs on ebay - all we got for a while was standard email replies, but we did eventually get a reply when we whinged enough, although the reply was a load of bull!
