saw someones with a flower growing on it? not a bud but a small yellow flower, is this fucked up or has anyone else seen it???
That would be a male plant. Pluck it before anymore pollen is released. The reason you've probably never seen this, is because most pluck out the male plants, before they pollenate the females, which will lower the potency of the product.
