I finally met a really cool (SINGLE!) girl in this area that has the same taste in music that I do and we get along really great. We'd been writing long emails back and forth to each other all week. On Thursday night, she wrote me a short email saying she had to study all night, so I wrote her a short email back, putting the ball back in her court. It's now Saturday morning, and she still hasn't replied. The one girl I finally met who is the same kind of nerd I am (aka, the most promising girl I've ever met) isn't writing back. I've got to learn to stop trying, it's never gonna happen.
so maybe she told you the truth, has been studying, and hasn't had a chance to read emails yet? Not everyone stays on their computers 24/7... some people have lives to live.
Give it some more time...I know I was writing a guy and my email went down for a couple of days and I was very upset that I couldn't be in touch...I didn't have a phone number to call or any other way to be in touch. Maybe she is busy...has company...a fried computer... Send her a quick "how ya doin?" email and see if she responds.
Yes, I agree with the "give her more time" thing. It's only been a couple days, anyway. If she's been busy studying, allow her MUCH more time than that. Cheers!
