I handed in my PIP last week, it's a major assignment we had to do over 9 months... THANKYOU to everyone that responded to my first survey/questionaire thingy, your comments were very useful! and Thankyou to every one on the board. If you posted at all in the last 2 months, chances are I used a link you posted, or some remark you made gave me ideas or insight. this site was a valuable resource for me, and everyone was so nice about it. you guys are all my heroes!
