I managed to give myself two blisters (one per foot) on the very bottom of my foot when walking home from work (wait for the bus or walk, walking took ten minutes more and it was a nice day)

And I work 8 hours on my feet tomorrow
    this shall be interesting

buying the right shoes helps - I used to wear para boots all the time and got so many blisters that the bottom of my feet are like concrete to this day,so it's not a problem anymore

I had that problem not to long ago. I was taking a long walk with no shoes on, and I had to walk across some nice, smooth, scorching hot black top to reach my destination. Burnt the bottom of my feet pretty good, and still had to walk a few miles on them. They were raw and sore for a while, and I had to give a kung fu demonstration like that, the jumping around and spinning back and and forth didn't make them feel any better. They are all healed now though, and I can walk across almost anything:)

I had to walk 6 miles one day to buy a cat and I had a blister bigger than a penny on both heals. I popped them and everything was all better. Later that night I went jogging. Everything felt fine.

I had one job that used to mess my feet up bad. The shoes were a dress requirement. I used to wrap my feet in gauze and duct tape.

I have two blisters from raking my parents yard yesterday. Looks like I burned the crooks of my thumbs with a cigarette.

    Yep, blisters suck gay ass.

only hurt in the last hour or two... noticeably so that is. I wore my ugliest shoes but they're sooooo comfy

I work 8 hours tomorrow but it's not walking really, standing lifting twisting and a few sidesteps
and 8 hours the next day at the same place, followed by a couple hours of cleaning and moving stock at my third job

    oi
    I feel like a dumbass
