Is anyone here into contortion? I've heard almost anyone can do some crazy things with their body if they just work slowly and consistently with it. I think it sounds fun. I had gotten pretty flexible over last winter, I'd stretch about 2 hours a day; however, when track season rolled around, I lost too much time to stretch and do my yoga, and now I'm very stiff. I want to get back at it. Anyone have experience or advice with this sort of thing?
