Lighting Teqniques

Im new at growing and was wondering how i should set up my lighting syncapation. I have 2 long florecent tube lights, 1 red flood light, 1 blue flood light (both about 100watts) and a small black light. Wondering if i could get some feedback on how I should use these.

 

Put your flourescent tubes over your washer and drier to help you see when ya do the laundry, put the red flood and the blue flood over your pool table and put the black light over the couch.

 

yeah, lumpy is right, if you want to get a few grams you can use the floros, but not worrth it. for around $100 you can have a 400 watt ballast and bulb.

 

Fluorescents can be used for veg but the plants need to be no more than three inchs from them. As mentioned though a small investment now in a HPS lamp would pay big dividends. Not to sure what type your flloodlight is but they tend to be very hot.
