I'd cut it out again for a few weeks and see if anything changes. Give it a few good days to completely get outta your system, then a few more to let his nose gradually dry up, if that is what's causing it. Is there anything else that you're eating that could be a possible allergen?

Those little nasal passages can get clogged pretty easily.

Often stuffy noses are a reaction to thing external in the enviroment...hayfever allergies can happen in babies and it is definitely the time of year for that!

    Is there any discharge?

not sure about you guys cause of the seasons and everything but my friend at the moment has a little one and she has caught loads of the snotty colds that have been doing the rounds of late...given that, eliminating dairy so long as you are replacing it with good dietry stuff might not hurt to try just to see.

sounds like it might be the dairy....i'd cut it out, and see what happens.

i'm almost sure you've done this, but in the meantime how about running the shower on all the way hot and trying to steam him out a bit, or mabey a humidifier. we use a humidifier all fall, and winter bc the heat in our apt. is wicked dry. (i also heard that dry nasal canals are more prone to catching colds, so why not?)
